Step 12 - Wheels and Seats

Some more parts showed up this past week. In keeping with the theme of keeping the car looking original, I went with some Revolution wheels in 5x10". This proved a surprisingly difficult size to find in this style so I ended up ordering them from England.

Also arriving last weekend were some new Recaro seats. They'll be a tight fit but should work just fine. You might notice that these seats don't match one another. Long story but I'll be putting the wider of the two up for sale shortly.

My Mini-owning friend came to town and helped me sort through all the many parts that came with this car. About 80% turned out to be junk. When weighed at the scrap yard it turned out to be 900 lbs worth of junk! It wasn't worth much money but I now have a lot more space in the garage.
